These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any tender consultancy services requested through it.

Nature of Services

Tendersupport is an independent tender consultancy and documentation support service. We assist with tender search, eligibility review, documentation and bid preparation. We are not a government department, government portal, or official representative of GeM, IREPS or any government organization.

No Guarantee of Award

Tender participation, evaluation and award decisions are made solely by the respective procuring authorities according to applicable rules and tender conditions. Tendersupport does not guarantee tender awards under any circumstance.

OEM Authorization

Where we assist with OEM authorization documentation, this assistance is limited to process and paperwork guidance. Tendersupport does not issue authorizations and cannot guarantee that any OEM will grant authorization.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents provided to us, and for final review of any bid before submission to the relevant procuring authority.

Fees

Service fees, where applicable, will be communicated and agreed with the client separately before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

Tendersupport shall not be liable for tender rejection, disqualification, or non-award arising from eligibility, documentation, or submission decisions made by the procuring authority.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and the Tendersupport logo, is the property of Tendersupport and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
